  1. Hi Christian Crumb

A very good question. Most people are too busy to consider such a thing. I have the advantage of having been "around" for a few decades.

i would recommend learning meditation. It's brilliant! 20 minutes meditation is equivalent to 8 hours sleep. In many situations meditation is in fact more restful than sleep.

Setting goals will give you time for all the things you would like to do & help you focus on the important things & eliminate the things you may think are worth going after. (if you need some help with goal setting email me.)

Focus on your strengths & build on them. Acknowledge your weaknesses & correct them as best you can.

Of course your upbringing will influence what you see as being important & worthwhile.

Your interest in this topic suggests you will have the necessary ability to have a good life. All the best.

  2. live for now try to live in the moment and appreciate what is going on at any particular point in time - life becomes much more enjoyable - and less stressfull if you can get out of the habit of wishing your life away in the hope of a better future.

  3. yes i have a to do list that i work off of daily -- it is the only way i can get things done and still have time for r&r (rest and relaxation) say i have a loose board on the barn -- i will fix it while down there cleaning out stalls!!! if i did not have it one my list i would have to make two trips because i would forget the tools!!!
