Taking still pictures with Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108?

Ok so I have a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108 and I want to know how to take a still picture without having to change modes. Basically, how do I take a still pic while taking video?

  1. That's not possible with the DVD108...only some the the newer Sony camcorder (the HDR-SR7 that I know of) has the dual recording feature that can record photos & videos at the same time.
