Taking the Amtrak from Alabama to NYC Penn Station..?

Im mainly concerend about internet access. Will the train itself have some type of wireless? Are there plugs at every seat even in coach? Im leaving on the 17th and im concerned that i might get bored without computer access with this 24+ hour trip.

There's no Internet access on the train, and there aren't plugs at each seat.  Some rows have them and some don't.  If you've booked a compartment, there will be an outlet in the room.  If you're in coach, you'll have to look for them.
