Taking the act! Any good study books?

Is Act For Dummies a good book to study with? I'm taking it in sept! I didn't get a good score at all last time! I'm aiming between a 21 and 30 at least! I'm not good at taking test! So any good test taking tips would be cool if you'd like to add them!!
