Taking zoloft every day

I'm taking Zoloft but tend to forget it sometimes and i go insane what can i do to remember to take it?

learn responsibility -it is your med, so put it somewhere that will remind you to take it.  get some counseling.

Take it the same time everyday. I always take my vitamins in the morning with my coffee. Since I never forget to drink coffee, I never forget my vitamins.

Keep the pill bottle in a place you go often, or take it with you! I take Xanex and Buspar everyday, and sometimes I get to work before realizing, "Uh oh...".  So now I keep a few spare pills in a little container in my car, so they're just a jog to the parking lot away.  

Keep some in your backpack, locker, or glove compartment.
