Talk Talk Internet Phone Caller Display Problem

Question

Since joining Talk Talk broadband we have had trouble with our telephones. When people call some numbers are not displayed on the telephone's caller display.

Normally even if ex-directory callers called, a blank screen would be displayed with "Number Withheld" but now there is no description at all. If an international call comes in, nothing comes up on the screen either.

Does anyone know what is wrong? Thanks very much for any help.

Talk-talk have installed their own exchange equipment and this is built to a cost, so some features are not supported, but also the equipment they have installed some of it is American so does not recognise some of the calls from other equipment or different countries.
