Talked to doctor about late cycle

its 3 days late, im never late. the nurse told me to wait a week before i get a test from them, and to home test first, and if its positive to wait 6-8 weeks before i come and they confirm with ultrasound...is that right?

Yes, unfortunately they usually make you wait till 6-8wks.  Which feels like a life time when you know early and you jsut want that confirmation!!!  A hpt should detect whether you are or not either now or real soon.  Make sure to use the first urine of the day!  Baby dust!
