Talked while blocked on msn ?!?

I know that theres a program because I blocked one of my friends and she could still talk to me !

Where Can i get this or download it ?!

There isn't a program, but normal people don't talk to people who are "offline" which is how you look to others if you have blocked them. Sadly, they CAN still talk to you. Sorry to have to tell you this.

P.S. I talk to people when they are offline too.

P.P.S. "pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase" isn't a word. I believe you mean "please" with a begging, drawn-out sound
