Talking to laptop mic.?

So I have built in mic. and you can talk to your mic. and it'll do what you say, like example you say exit it exits.

So is anyone using that or know about it looks cool but confusing so tell me about it is hard, easy, ect.

if u r running windows vista its easy go to control panel classic

klick on speech recognition option then u can start traning

and there is a demo will show you how you can run it
