Talking too much about TERRORISM !!so give a DEFINITION for it ?

noticed lot of friends just talk and support fighting Terrorism, without knowing what it means , nobody till now put a perfect definition to explain what is terrorism,including world leaders politicians !!

so can any one explain it ton the world ? WHAT IS THE TERRORISM ???!!!SO WE CAN FIND WHOS THE TERRORISTS

You must be new to the world of news media.

Do you remember 9-11?  Do you believe some people hijacked some planes and flew them into Skyscrapers in  New York, causing the buildings to collapse, or do you believe conspiracy theorists that the buildings were blown up because the Republicans wanted some legislation?  Well I believe the 9-11 commission report.  There was no US conspiracy, what it was, bin Laden's organization declared war on USA, and on western civiliation, and the primary weapon they are using against us is terrorism.

Terrorism is when someone sets off bombs, and it kills hundreds of people in a night club, or riding trains in Spain or Britain, or they use chemical weapon to kill people in Japanese subway system, or they have two sets of bombs, first go off where lots of people, another bunch 20 minutes later to get the first responders to the scene.

It is called terrorism because it is so scary.

We going about our normal life ... to school, shopping mall, eating at home or in a restaurant, having a fun time, then bang, hundreds or thousands of people dead, due to an act of war that targets civilians.

Traditional warfare targets soldiers, sailors, airmen.  It tries to win a battle, for territory.  While cities get bombbarded, traditional wars do not start out that way.

But terrorists are not interested in fighting a traditional battle with armies, navies ... they just attack the civilians.  This form of warfare will only be effective for their side, if they kill a lot more of us with nuclear weapons, and if we are willing to give in to their demands.

The base of the definition of terrorism is the targeting and killing of civilians in military action to achieve a political goal through striking fear into the population.

It differs from guerilla warfare in it's target selection.

It differs from organized crime in that it has a political objective.

In short, it is a combination of organized crime and military action.

Terrorism is defined as anything the government decides it is. Especially since the "patriot " act. I'm not kidding. If the government decides you are a terrorist then that's what you are. They'll even produce 8x10 glossy photos from every angle with circles and arrows to "prove it." And with the version of photoshop they have,  none of it even needs to be true.
