Talktalk unlimeted talk rules?

i have heard about the 1 hour rule

eg you are talking for 59 mins then you hang up and call back

failing to do this will charge you for the call

we have unlimeted calls for which is meant to be for free

According to their web site, under note "2" of "Talk UK Anytime" plan, you have up to 70 minutes and if you hang-up after 69 minutes and redail, it will be free:
