Tall ship school?

im wondering if there are any tall ships that take high school students on as crew and teach them for a semester or a year (ex. White Squall).?

Yes... There are some really great ones.  You will find (at least) 2 operating on the Great Lakes, and a dozen or more on each coast.  Boston has a great one, so does Long Island.

Have fun!  I went on the one out of Boston many-many years ago... and my son went on one in the Great Lakes.
