Tallest Sunflower?

hi, im very curious to know what is the height of the tallest sunflower in San Diego and or California. i know the world record is 25ft but my baby has just peaked at 15ft. Please help me! =)

It really depends on the variety you have.  Those that are multi-floral (like Kong) that are tall will peak at about 12-13 feet in that region.  Those with a single head will go to about the same before drooping under the weight of the seed head.  With 15 ft., that is amazing and you should be proud of it.  Make sure to take pictures!
