Tally 8024 Registration Jam

Question

I cannot clear my Tally 8024 of the Registration Jam error message, I have check the printer thotoughly and do not have a paper jam anywhere, but in spite of this every time I close cover A I get the Registration Jam message and a continual bleeping. Obviously it won't let me print in this state.
