Tama rockstar double bass 8 piece drumset.. good buy?

Question

i found a drumset that i like and he wants 650 for it. it comes with a paiste ride, sabian splash, wuhan china, and a sabian crash and all stands and hardware. Is this a good buy for this money?

a difanite yes i would say... my drum set cost $1000 plus back then...

its quite reasonable depending on the conditions.... is it good buy u have to ask yourself already/...
