Tamagotchi Help?!!?

If you reset your tamagotchi and there were generations before it does it erase the other generations or does it only erase the current one?? (PS when a parent leaves the child does it leave its items or take them?)

When you reset your tamagotchi it only resets your current generation. Well, this only happens when you press the reset button and select DOWNLOAD. All your other generations stay in the memory icon. If you totally reset your tamagotchi it will lose EVERTHING. But I don't think it will lose its items. Also when the parents leaves its child it  LEAVES its items.

well when you reset a tamagotchi, it loses all it's memory, takes away all the members on your family list, friends list, all your points, items, etc. When you reset the tamagotchi it pretty much feels like how it did when you first got your tamagotchi at the store. don't worry though, i find it nice to start fresh. And your second question, no the adult leaves behind all the points food and items for the baby!
