If it isn't aging at all that means that you have a glitch. Simply get a pen and lightly press the small button in the hole in the back of your tamagotchi. Then look at the screen of your tamagotchi and it should say RESET and DOWNLOAD. Select RESET since you just got yours and it should hatch and grow normally.
