I had one of my tamagotchis v5 turn down the matchmaker on the dating show twice and and now the matchmaker is sleeping or something. It has zzzs beside her. will i be able to get married?

Yes you will still be able to get married. The matchmaker is sleeping (and will be the whole day) because you have tried to get married on the travel show 3 times already. You can only go on 3 times a day. Just go on the dating show tomorrow and you will be able to get one of your tamagotchis to marry.
