The left handed batsman is going to replace http://www.senore.com/Cricket/DJ-Hussey-c1380 for Nottinghamshire Outlaws and will take part in the last six matches of the Friends Life T20 competition.
Tamim is considered as one of the better openers in the limited overs format of the game because of the wide range of strokes he possesses. The left hander is also the vice-captain of Bangladesh cricket team.
He is very excited about given this opportunity but claimed that he is not playing county cricket for money. Tamim wants to enhance his skills while playing in English conditions and wants to prove that Bangladeshi cricketers are full of talent.
"I am really happy that I am going to play county cricket. I'm little bothered about the financial package, rather I am excited as I have got an opportunity to show my mettle. It's also an opportunity to make the country proud," he said.
The 22-years old batsman has far played 19 Test matches for his country and is currently averaging 40.13 runs per innings. He has three hundreds under his belt as well and is considered as the most dangerous batsman in the Bangladeshi lineup.

Playing county cricket was the dream of Tamim, which is about to be fulfilled now and the Bangladeshi cricket fans will be hoping that their star player can make the most of this chance.
He added, "You know luck was not favouring me in this matter. And also I think I had chosen wrong agent previously and for that I had to wait for long to make my dream come true. Now it's feeling really great as Nottinghamshire confirmed me for the next
six matches in the T20 competition."
