  1. Try to use a plastic tampon relax and be calm you only think it hurts because you are scared so relax slowly put the tampon in a little bit breathe and keep going until youre fingers hit youre v****a then take a breath and push the applicator in.Its really simple and not hard at all just be calm and it is easy. good luck this really helped me hopeit helps you.

  2. Thats completely normal for your first time using one. After using them for a while it wont hurt anymore. And if it feels sore or uncomfortable while its in, it means you have to push it a bit further until you cant feel it when you sit down. If you feel like you cant push it any further when inserting, maybe try pushing in a slightly different direction.

  3. use a lighter tampon and leave it in longer

  4. You probably just didnt get it in correctly.

Just try again, it takes a few times before you can get it easily.

  5. Use round tip plastic tampons. If it hurts putting it in, it's in wrong. If it hurts coming out, it is too dry.

  6. it just seems like it hurts a little bit more the first time you use a tampon. it will get much more comfortable and you won't even feel it!

  7. Since its your first time, it will probably hurt a bit the first few times you do.  You already seem to know that the initial discomfort is due to the tampon not being in far enough, and yes, it will hurt when you push it in more, because its dry cotton rubbing against your skin.  Was the tampon saturated when you removed it?  The dryer the tampon is, the more uncomfortable it will be during removal.  It's just something that happens now and then.
