Tampon help? It came out during a poo!?

It was the first day of my period that month and I had applied a tampon just about an hour ago- I had just had a nice beefy dinner (cote de bouef ) and I was in the middle of a rock hard very wide poo along with a shockingly wet f**t- as I pushed very hard the tampon came out with the poo! i was shocked! It literally popped out (as it was very wet at the time) And as I reached pooing climax I did one of those motorbike bubble farts and with that some blood splattered out of my cooch! I just looked down and the tampon was floating around with my big poo! wtf! I don't understand, is this normal? I mean are the muscles that work to get out the poo the same as your muscles in your v****a?

Yes, the muscles are very close together.  Try squeezing the muscles in your v****a together - you will also feel the muscles in your a**s tighten.

It sounds like you might need some extra fibre in your diet to avoid having to strain so much when you go to the toilet.  Also, if the tampon was that wet after just an hour then you should be using a larger size that has greater absorbency.
