  1. om[gosh] me too!  i had the same problem. the trick is to relax.

  2. It will fit... trust me. Even if it hurts a little, just push really hard. Angle it up and back. Use a mirror the first couple times. It'll help, trust me. I play volleyball too. Once your used to them, try tampax or playtex sport. They're the best

  3. You can rub a thin layer of plain yoghurt on the tampon and then insert it like that for the first few times ;-) If your still a virgin then unfortunately its something that we all go through for the first while it just takes a little getting used to and it will get better ;-). If you don't like the plain yoghurt idea you can buy some KY jelly and use that but i know the plain yoghurt works really well promise :-) P.S try not to tense when inserting cause thats like the worst feeling ever :-( Good Luck!!

  4. look at the manual that comes with the tampon box. and look at the diagrams it will help

  5. do it slowly, ur v****a is meant to stretch, and heythere, USE SOME SPELL CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. MAke sure your CO'MPLEATELY relaxed before instering a tampon.  also read the directionins to make sure your doing it right.

  7. Auch! It happened to me too! :S

try some smaller tampons first. You just have to relax and the trick to know if the tampon is well positioned is: if it hurts, take it out. If you hardly feel it, then you made it :D but for some girls tampons are just not the solution. You play volleyball?

...well...it could be worse...imagine if you were into swimming? :S

  8. Your vaginal entrance is amazingly stretchy and resilient, so there is no way that your problem has to do with your vaginal opening being too small....UNLESS you've got a septate hymen or some other problem.

Try using a lube (such as KY) on the applicator, try inserting the tampon laying down, and try relaxing, because your vaginal muscles are VERY strong, and can cause a lot of problems when you're tense.

If you're still having issues, see your doctor; they can do a visual inspection and find out if there are any anomalies with your hymen that need to be medically addressed.

  9. Just relax, the hole is meant to stretch. The skin at the opening of your v****a (hymen) is the only thing obstructing the tampon from entering. It most likely will not need to tear at all for the tampon to go up, so just take a deep breath and slide it in slowly. Really, it's not as scary as you think, and you'll get used to it in no time!

  10. It's to big even when blood is present? I would think that would help it slide better. Maybe the position you are in during insertion is making your vaginal opening smaller.  I don't know how your putting it in so I will just give a few suggestions. I hope I don't sound stupid here.

Sit on the toilet and spread as wide as you can, be slow and see if that helps.

Stand with one foot on the toilet and one on the ground to insert the tampon.
