  1. Okay, I think I may have answered this the other day, but I'll try to help again.

If you have a full length body mirror, stand in front of that.  Obviously, naked, or half naked.  Bend down in a way so that you can see your "area" in the mirror.  You should see your urethra in front, the area where your pee comes out of.  Then there is a hole, your v****a.  And then your a**s.  Sometimes your v****a has some hair around it, *sometimes,* so this might help.  But, if you still can't find it I reccommend going to a trusted adult, your mom... aunt... grandma.  Someone who you can ask, they know yu better than we do, so they can guide you in the right direction.  Maybe you're not ready to use tampons.  But only you can know that for sure.  :)

  2. You need to talk to your MOMMY about this. First of all, you are WAY tooo young for this. Keep using pads. If you have to ask you are too young to know. That is whay my mom always told me and that is the best answer for you now.

  3. Ok. Go down from you bum hole and the first hole there. That's it.

Oh yea. I'm 12 and I started my period the day before yesterday and I'musing tampons... Dnt put the plastic in there, just the cotton thingy or whatever.

And angle the tampon towards your butt, not straight up :]]

  4. just feel around a bit until u fint the hole then ur good

  5. i can't believe that a nearly 15 year old doesn't know her body well enough to know which hole is which.

let's try to draw this out with words, if possible. starting from the front, working our way back. meaning from bellybutton to butt. at the start of the great long crack, is a rosebud like tissue which is called your clitoris. just behind that is a very, very small hole which is the one that you pee out of, otherwise known as your urethra. go a little further down the crack, and there is a large and very flexible hole which is the opening to your uterus. that is the tubing that babies will come out of. that is the tubing and hole that a man can and probably will insert his p***s. that is the hole in which you will insert the tampoon. go a little further back and you have the b******e. the one you p**p out of.

  6. it is both in front of your bumm, and behind your urethra lol.

you have three holes, its the middle one!

trust me it is NOT all one big crack, or you would't even be having a period lol. just feel around and try when your clean so there is no blood and all tht jazz. lol

if you still cant telll where your bleeding from, try looking at a picture of the girls vaginal and yours will most likely be similar lol. :)

  7. your mom would be your best of girlfriend. Talk to her every time.

  8. Ok, firstly, calm down and don't worry! Your v****a is the one in the middle.

If you sit on the floor with your legs apart and use a mirror you should see three. Your a**s is the furthest back, this is where #2's come from. From there to the front it does look like its all one thing in a way, but it isn't .

Spread your outer 'lips' (labia) and you should see that there are two holes. The smaller one, nearer the front of your body is your urethra. This is where you pee from. Then other one, lower down, is your v****a. This is where the tampon goes.

If you want to check you've 'got the right hole' then make sure your hands are clean you can try to gently slide one finger in. If you are on your period when you do this you may see blood on or around your v****a or on your finger when you take it out. Don't panic, that's normal and it's not 'gross'. Just wash your hands afterwards.

I've linked to a diagram of the v***a.  That's the part of your body covered by the 'lips'. (Which doesn't include the a**s.) If you go to the link and click on the second image on from the column on the left you should find your way.

    Hope that helps.

  9. Most women will want to use a tampon at some time. A properly inserted tampon will not cause any discomfort. Here's how to comfortably use tampons.

    Difficulty: Easy

    Time Required: 5 minutes

    Here's How:

Relax! Try not to worry about inserting the tampon right the first time. If you are tense it will make insertion harder.

The best time to practice inserting a tampon is during the heavy part of your period. The tampon should glide inside your v****a easily without any discomfort.

Decide if you prefer to insert the tampon standing or sitting. If sitting is your preference, sit on the toilet. If you want to try standing, putting one foot on the bathtub helps.

(LOOK AT THE PICTURE IN THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET IN THE BOX OF TAMPONS TO HELP YOU)

Hold the tampon applicator in your right hand if you are right-handed, or left if left-handed.

Use your thumb and middle finger to hold the bottom of the larger, outer tube.

Point the tip of the applicator toward your v****a, facing slightly towards the back. The smaller tube should be pointed away from your body.

Use your other hand to open your v****a.

Place the tip of the applicator at the opening of your v****a.

Gently push the smaller end of the applicator in until it is completely inside the larger outer tube. This pushes the tampon into your v****a and out of the tube.

With your thumb and middle finger still on the outer tube, release the smaller tube and let the strings dangle freely.

Gently pull the two tubes out together.

Dispose of the applicator according to the manufactuer's instructions.

When you are ready to remove the tampon, gently pull the withdrawl strings down and forward. The used tampon may be flushed down the toilet.

    Tips:

Lubricating the rounded end of the tampon with a water-based lubricant such as K-Y Jelly can make insertion easier the first few times. Don't use petroleum jelly.

Always read the manufactuer's instructions throughly before using any type of tampon.

If the tampon feels uncomfortable it is probably not inserted far enough into your v****a. Try again with a new tampon.

  10. i had the exact same problem when i started using tampons. The best advice i can give you is keep trying and don't be scared. You say it's one big crack, well (I hate to be crude but) just stick it anywhere down in that general area and push. It took me FOREVER to learn how to put it in but eventually you'll get it.

  11. calm down. the best way is not to look for it but to feel for it with a tampon, there are many diffrent positions to insert it from, but i find the easiest way is to take your arm behind you and insert it that way. it hurts a little the first time. if it hurts when u sit down, its not in far enough. turning 15 in september too.
