  1. give a massage of mustard oil after using it coz that pain is either due to bacteria and mustard oil helps removing germs(antiseptic) or due to stress for that have a quality stuff.

  2. Right, You are experiencing the same problem as me. The problem is you might be using a a tampon which could be to big for your period. Is it soaking it? if not move down a tampon. When i take mine out it is not soaked and it hurt. So i moved down a level and is now much better! Good luck chick xx

  3. If your periods are really light they may not be making the tampon as wet as it should be so when you take it out it hurts. Try using a light sanitary towel.

  4. Make sure you are using the correct size tampon according to your menstrual flow because when you get ready to take it out it may not be fully saturated causing a little friction when pulling it out. Make sure you relax and your muscles are not all tensed up when taking it out that could cause a little discomfort as well.

  5. They will hurt, especially if your a virgin. It takes time for your v****a to get use to them. Keep on using them and in time it shouldn't hurt as much. x
