Tampopo sushi in yorba linda ca?

i used to love this place, but about a year ago they switched owners, and got a whole new menu. anyone know if the old owners have a new place? i loved the food and atmosphere they created. if not any similar places with great deals and prices and food in the north orange county area? any help is appreciated. thanks!

I love this 1 sushi place called Amai Sushi.  At a glance, it doesn't look much b/c alot of people order to-go.  Their sushi is fresh & large portion.  They give alot of food for free too.  U don't think Sushi place is for salads but it's one of the best salad I had since Cheesecake Factory.  Flavor is very unique.  I attached the link for the review page on yelp.com.
