Tanel Kangert of Team Astana wins the final stage of the Tour De Suisse after his tremendous performance during the 215.8 kilometre chase to Sorenberg.
He crossed the finish line in a quickest time of 5 hours, 54 minutes and 2 seconds and occupied the top podium spot.
Jeremy Roy of Team FDJ-Big Mat finished 2 seconds behind and claimed the second spot with Matteo Montaguti of Team AG2R La Mondiale finishing further 29 seconds behind at the third position.
Robert Kiserlovski of Team Astana, Steven Kruijswijk of Team Rabobank, Mathias Frank of Team BMC and Chris Anker Sorensen of Team Saxo Bank achieving the fourth, the fifth, the sixth and the seventh positions respectively.
Tanel Kangert of Team Astana wins the first and the third sprints of the race while Jeremy Roy of Team FDJ-Big Mat succeeding at the second.
Matteo Montaguti of Team AG2R La Mondiale bagged the first three mountains of the even with Tanel Kangert of Team Astana securing the fourth climb of the contest.
Mathias Frank, Martin Elmiger, Raymond Kunzil, Rubens Bertogliati and Martin Kohler were the top five young riders on the day.
Rui Alberto Faria Da Costa of Team Movistar managed to maintain his overall dominance at the race and grabbed the top overall position after the final general classifications.
Frank Schleck of Team RadioShack-Nissan finished 14 seconds behind at the second position with Levi Leipheimer of Team Omega Pharma-QuickStep holding the third spot.
Robert Gesink, Mikel Nieve Ituralde Roman Kreuziger and Thomas Danielson occupied the fourth, the fifth, the sixth and the seventh positions respectively.
