Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth, Delaware?

Question

Any recommendations as to really good stores or really bad stores? Everyone knows that outlet shopping is an art. You have to know what things normally cost to know if you're getting bargains at the outlets. But Tanger is so huge I'd hate to waste my time--I'd like to go straight to the don't-miss-it places!

Not sure of your taste, but Hollister and Abercrombie have really great deals.  Also Gap and Banana.
