i bought a house and asume a lease on tankless water heater at 55 dollars (Toronto, ON, Canada). is it to high for a tankless water heater.

in summer, i only used 30 Cubic Feet of Natural Gas, which means the water heater is good or should i get it checked..

my other question is my house is only 1000 sq feet and since it is new house windows are good and there is no issue of leaks for escaping heat.

my question is how much i should i expect in natural gas consumption from months when it will be -10 to -20 in months from DEC to Mar

hope to hear from you

thanks

  1. I don't live in Canada, but in the state where I live I can call the gas company and they can tell me what the average use was for any one of my homes is going back 12 months (or more if I ask). I would call your gas utility and ask them. They probably even have conservation tips for you.
