  1. Probably from your skin reacting to a lotion you have, especially if you use a tingle lotion, or the bed you're in is dirty and needs to be cleaned.  Maybe you should clean the bed before you get in.

  2. yes! ask the lady at the tanning bed she'll telling you. i had the same problem

tanning causes your skin to dry out. (which is why you should use alot of lotion to keep it moisturized) anyway the drying out of the skin causes you to loose "collegen" and it causes spots. but it could also be something else "sun spots" which are normal girls get them. but mostlikly its the lack of collegen. if your tanning bed sells lotion (mine does) there is some lotion that will help put the collegen back in your skin. just remember to keep your skin well moisturized.

    goodluck hun :)

  3. Sounds like prickly heat to me.  If you are fair skinned then you are more likely to get them.  I am very pale and i get them whenever i go on holiday to a hot country or when i used the sunbed.  If you keep going on a few times then your skin will get used to it.

  4. tanning beds are bad news. they will ruin your skin and you could get skin cancer. bumps are a sign of cancer- so I would see a doctor asap.
