Tanning bed with an infected tooth?

I have an infected tooth, waiting for root canal. Can I continue to go to the tanning bed in the meantime?

Tanning and your teeth have nothing to do with one another, so you're safe (toothwise, at least) to go tanning. :)

You will not be harmed by going to the tanning bed by your tooth being infected by itself. However are you on an antibiotic? Some antibiotics suggest that you avoid sunlight. You really should ask a pharmacist if your on a antibiotic.

I don't see why not.  You're damaging your skin anyway, why not a tooth?
