Tanning & infertility...is there a connection?

Question

Does tanning damage your ovaries? Or cause you to be infertile? I've done some searching on the internet but I can't find anything that proves or disproves my idea... there hasn't been any studies done. I'm not saying that it does or doesn't ~ I want to know what you think

no it wont make you infertile, just a tan mommy

I doubt it. Never heard that it could. I actually went to a tanning bed back in spring 2005 before a vacation and actually got pregnant during that time. I stopped the tanning when I learned I was pregnant. But, maybe that's an example that it didn't cause me any harm. And, I had been TTC for 15 cycles at that time.

I heavily doubt it. But now and days you can never be too sure. If your really concerned. just do natural tanning(under the sun) instead of the tanning salons.
