Tantallons Kay set to stand first in Services Oaks Semi-Final
Tantallons Kay is all set to show a superb run at Shelbourne Park in a bid to clinch top spot in the Healthcare Transport Services Oaks Semi-Final. The race will commence at 19:50 (GMT) on Saturday night, April 28.
To cover the distance of 525 yards, the Rennicks-trained black b***h will run against Abbeys Twinkle, Five Alley Kathy, College Maybe, Lazy Jess and Glenwood Pixie. The high-profile Open Race has €100 in the prize purse.
The two-year-old novice runner has been making glaring marks since the beginning of her career. The brilliant b***h perked up her momentum further with the dawn of 2012.
From March 16 to April 6, she won four races in a row. This was indeed a magnificent achievement. She moved ahead to earn a runner-up rank on April 12. The brilliant young hound finished first again in her last outing on April 19.
On the basis of these outclass feats, the talented daughter of Head Bound out of Talita Beauty has won the confidence of the punters. At the moment, she looks to be the most potential hound on the card of Shelbourne Park.
Tantallons Kay’s chances to finish first in the semi-final are as high as 95 percent provided she does not make any mistake on the track.
However, each one of College Maybe and Lazy Jess can give a tough time to Tantallons Kay.
College Maybe has achieved two runner-up ranks along with a couple of victories since making her debut on January 16, 2012. The O'Connor-trained brindle b***h is awash with winning drive that will lend a great hand to her in the tonight’s showdown.
On the other hand, Lazy Jess accomplished a fabulous hat-trick from February 17 to April 7, 2012. Rushe’s black and white b***h stepped ahead to finish 2nd in her last start on April 19.
In this situation, it is expected that there will be an awe-inspiring clash in the race. Tantallons Kay will have to unleash immense firepower in order to thrive in face of all the challenges. Good luck to all the contestants.
