So here is where I need your help can any of you please give me some ideas on games they could do to learn,or anything else.

Thanks ♥

  1. Teach them some steps and then ask them close to the end of the class to demonstrate some of the steps you taught and then present them with a dance on your level of tap.

  2. Start off by talking to the class and say stuff about you then go around the room and have each person say something about them...this should take up some time and you also get better aquainted with the people in the class..then lead a basic warm-up..shuffles, flaps..heel-toes etc...then teach them some basic steps and have each person do it...then if you can make up a little combination to teach them and then perform for each other and everything...if all goes well you will find that your hour of teaching goes by really fast....it will seem like you might run out of time....lol....have fun...and good luck : )

  3. You can go down the line. You start in one end of the room and one by one they do a tap move..or a little combination across the room, and then you do that for as many moves or combinations you want. Then there is the add on game. One person starts off and does something across the room. Then the next person does what the first person does and adds a move on. Then the third person goes..does what the first two people did and adds something on. Eventually it will get harder and people will forget the order of things..if someone forgets then they are out..and you continue until you have one winner. You could make up little combinations for them to do. You can have them split into groups and make their own combinations and then show them to eachother.
