Tapered gears are very usefull is correct or wrong?

i think tapered gears are very use ful for power transmission instead of individsual gearing system

In tappered gears the loads are distributed to both harizondal and vertical shafts. Therefore it is good for transmission. We can also have right angle transmission by using bevel gears.

Definitely tapered gears are usefull. one thing is the right angled motion is transmitted in one step. Also teeth contact area is more for smooth transmission
