Target Birthday Blob Gift Card?

Question

I was at Target and some toy stores earlier looking for my friend's little sister's b-day presents and I saw a gift card at Target called a Birthday Blob and it was so cute for a little kid but i was wondering what does it do and how do you use it? Does just have orange stuff in it for looks like a normal gift card, or does it do something special cuz Sarah is a very picky girl and if it doesn't do something really cool she'll hate it even if I put like a thousand dollars on it!

its a goo. nothign special. u can play with it but i dont recommend it. they have a giftcard that inflated into a bithday balloon which is pretty neat though. also one that has a deck of cards in it.

You stumped me with this one . I don't know what it is or does . Maybe someone else out there does. I never heard of that one
