Target Mclaren looks the real deal in the Bet on your mobile at Williamhill.com
With odds of 11 to 2, Target Mclaren may not have the best chance of winning the Grade A1 Bet on your mobile at Williamhill.com on paper, which is scheduled to take place at Newcastle on 17th May, 2012, but he definitely has
the talent to take the race.
The blue hound is on a roll, as he has succeeded twice in his last two starts, and will be looking to secure a third on the trot to complete his hat-trick.
Both of these victories took place at Newcastle, which shows that the hound is comfortable here, and might be able to take home the prize of £118 over a distance of 480 metres.
The G. Gibbinson trained hound broke all barriers, and swiftly completed the 290 metre course in 17.82 seconds, where he defeated, Park Dale Fox, by 1 ¾ lengths on 19th April, 2012.
The son of Droopys Vieri, out of Ballymac Supreme, succeeded over, Tirmaquin Putt, by a tremendous margin of 13 lengths on 25th April, 2012, and he successfully completed the course in 29.30 seconds.
In order to improve his form and build up his strength, Gibbinson ran the hound in a practice run, where he easily covered the 480 metre track in 29.22 seconds.
With speed and familiarity of the track working to his benefit, it seems that this hound will land the victory in an incredible manner.
Canny Caleb will race as a favourite with a chance of 6 to 4, and he is up against some of the toughest competitors. The black hound will have to work extra hard to maintain his position.
The son of Ballymac Maeve, out of Canny Keepsake, has the advantage of the hometrack, as he has been racing here since his career began on 14th October, 2011.
Thanks to the training of P. Rutherford, the hound has delivered some exciting performances this season. He notched two victories in his last three starts, which impressed his connections.
On 5th May, 2012, Canny Caleb maintained his lead in the Grade A1 William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes as he defeated, Cairns Valentino, by 3 ¾ lengths.
Among these two hounds, the odds are tilting in Target Mclaren’s favour, and he is determined to take home the money.
