Target Sue to be the first to cross wire in Williamhill.com Stakes at Newcastle
Although the odds are not in her favour, Target Sue cannot be ignored in Williamhill.com Stakes, a 480 metres Grade A1 clash, taking place at Newcastle on Tuesday, November 13th. The black b***h is coming off an outstanding win, and should not
be taken lightly.
After facing a couple of terrible defeats, A. Dawson’s charge showed improvement at the end of last month, when finishing second behind Strange Ozzy. She built on that, and presented a classy act last time.
On the third of this month, the daughter of Target Classic always led, taking the big prize by two and a quarter lengths. After leaving the third box, she never looked back, and took a comprehensive victory.
After two wonderful acts, she is all set for a cracking show. According to the experts, a step up in grade may put a halt to her progress, but we don’t think so. She is more than capable of coping up with the pressure.
Other hounds in the pack are: Old Fort Slippy, Jumeirah Bullet, Corrin Stacey, Mill Genovese and Clonmoyle Rover.
The Grade A1 meeting is scheduled to get started at 20:36 GMT. The victor will get a prize of 133 pounds.
Old Fort Slippy should make the frame at least. Things are not going to the plan these days, as she recently faced a few unlucky defeats. However, she will be able to share the podium.
Mill Genovese is another dangerous fellow. But his current form is not good at all. Only an impeccable effort could save him from embarrassment here. Clonmoyle Rover is likely to soon be trailing the tails. The white and black dog is in awful form these
days, as he completed the order of finish last time.
Old Fort Slippy is enjoying the best odds, and the punters will show great interest in her. But the preference is for Target Sue, who can continue her progress. Good luck to all the participants.
