I bought a Nintendo Wii on April 27, 2008 and I do not like the system. I paid with my Debit and still have the receipt. Could I still return it for a full refund and not a store credit?

  1. It kind of looks like you are out of luck on the games. Any video games that have been opened are un-returnable (period).

I am not sure on the system itself. Their website says that consumer electronics can not be exchanged or replaced, but does not say anything about returned. You may have to pay a 15% restocking fee. That said, if you don't have the box and all of the packing material, you are out of luck.

Give them a call. If you don't like what one says, go to another one, they may treat them differently. If they won't take it back, try e-bay. They are selling for $300+ when you include a couple of games.

    Good luck.

P.S., next time try posting this under games, you will get more responses (you posted this under business/insurance).
