Tasty HEALTHY food to eat

As we all know, the tasty food is the fatty food! And i eat a lot of junk food, but I really want to start eating healthy, but i need suggestions to what you think is absolutely delicious, but very healthy

  1. apples and organic peanut butter. :)

    veggies- broccoli, spinach, salad, brussel sprouts, etc

    peanut butter, lean chicken, tuna, and veggie burgers

    whole grains, olive oil, avocado, and treating yourself once and a while to your favorite treat so you don't feel deprived and don't binge.

    Blueberries are the healthiest foods you can eat and can be used in desserts and salad dressings too.

    Peanut butter has good fats and is very filling, have it with whole grain bread for a snack.

    Strawberries are loaded with vitamin C and are good for digestion

    Watermelon is very nutritious, you can make smoothies for breakfast or just have as a snack.

    Dark green leafy vegetables are good sources of many vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy, like vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium. They are also great sources of fiber. The darker the leaves, the more nutrients the vegetable usually has.

    Beans are good for your diet as well because they contain a good amount of fiber.

    Tuna fish is very good for lowering cholesterol,high blood pressure and risk of heart disease because it contains Omega 3 fatty acids, it also has protein and lots of vitamins.

    Brownies are really good for your soul because chocolate is just so d**n good =)

  5. You could try looking at other cuisines for some additional ideas.  I like sushi and sashimi, but it's not to everyone's taste.  There are lots of other things to try, though, such as Thai food and Greek food.  

    Also, salads don't always have to be boring. I have several cookbooks with some delicious salad recipes in them. It's just a case of finding new and interesting things to try.

    It's difficult to recommend anything specific because I don't know what you like or what you usually eat.

  6. You should try weight watchers brand food!

    There are things like:

    - Jelly

    - Cake

    - Pizza

    - Cookies

    Which are all low in calories.

    Or you could stick to eating lots of fruit and vegetables and search untill you find something you really like!
