Tatkal Passport?

I'm apply for a new passport through tatkal scheme. What i understood was that either i have to give ANNEXURE ‘F’ or 3 documents along with standard affidavit.

I chose the second option. I took "Voter ID card, PAN card, Driving license". But, at the passport office, they reject my application saying that i need to give ANNEXURE ‘F’ . I coudn't know the reason why they rejected my application

I cannot give annexure 'f'. Only option i have is to give 3 documents with standards affidavit.

Can anybody help me with this ?

In india, the system & practice in general administration in all departments of govt is to dragg a common man to difficult situations. so is adopted, in your case, while disposing off, your passport application. My sugestion would be to complete their difficult formalities and obtain the passport. Latter, pl don't spare the responsible officer for compelling you to choose options as per his sweet will. File a consumer dispute case latter, impleading that man in person & also their office.
