  1. i watched my best friends mom get it there & she has many tatts;

she looked like she was in painnnnnnnnnnnnn

  2. yeah in some spots, but really not too bad

  3. Not that painful, but a tattoo still hurts

  4. I got a peace sign done on my wrist.

Every tattoo has pain, don't let people tell

    you they don't hurt.

The pain all depends on your tolerance.

    But the pain is bearable.

All tattoo's and piercing suck and have some pain when you get them.

But when your actually sitting there and getting it done, your just thinking about how totally awesome it will look!

  5. Yes, anyplace close to the bone hurts more.  however think really seriously before putting a tattoo where you cannot conceal it.  that can be a problem later in life.  I am not anti tatoo... most of my body is tattooed, but I am happy I didn't do anything below my elbows or above my collar.  I see now it would have been a problem

  6. I heard the more boney place you get a tattoo the more it hurts.

  7. actually its not to bad.

  8. of course there is pain, but its totally bearable

  9. Tattoo it on your arm, its better than your wrist.

  10. I know someone who got it on there wrist and sad it was not painful at all ....

  11. not as painful nowadays with new technology.

  12. If i were you i wouldn't be getting a tatoo anyway. it will hurt anywhere your going to put it. and they are ugly!

  13. Probably not to bad, but anywhere there is bone and no fat it is not going to feel great. (Worth the pain!!!!)

  14. People perceive pain in different ways. Some people have more pain when tattooed on bony areas, others have more pain when tattooed on fatty areas.

Depending on how large of a tattoo you are planning to get and the speed of the artist, after about 15-20 minutes of tattooing, your body's natural painkillers - endorphins - start to kick in. Endorphins are stronger than opiates (i.e. morphine) and should help mitigate the pain.

The people who experience pain the most, however, are those that "psych" themselves out by focusing on how much the tattoo will hurt. To make your experience more enjoyable, understand that there will be some pain involved, but that it isn't likely to be the worst that you have ever experienced. Make sure you are fed and hydrated before getting the tattoo and that you remember to breathe during tattooing. You can always ask the tattoo artist for a little break. They would rather have that than you passing out on their table.

  15. yes its painful dont listen to ppl that say there is bone there and all that bs cause thats what it is pain is different for everybody what hurts me may not hurt you and vis/versa look the other ppl have a few good points however for the most part should stay in bed, you must understand i have 62% of my body tattooed and love every minute of it but its also who i am and what i do everyday so think about the placement of your tattoo and consider the ramifcations of the placement then if you still want it go for it its your body dont let ppl tell you what to do with it. Enjoy

  16. nope, not really. at the time it hurts but automatically after you forget what it felt like.

  17. thats a bad idea. i wouldnt hire you with it. and do you really wanna work at a place that would? the only time i see chicks with wrist tats is when theyre operating a cash register. raise your standards and reach for the stars.

  18. yes, especially where there is a bone.

  19. im sure it will hurt!

  20. yes...tattoos tend to be more painful where the skin is thin and also in spots that has a lot of nerves.

  22. I've had one on my wrist, of course its painful, but its bearable, like someone said before...

  23. I have several tattoos including one on my wrist. I was warned it would be particularly painful as there are nerve endings there. I actually found it very bearable also because it's a small space so didn't take long to do.

The tattoo on my spine and shoulder blades was much more painful.
