  1. If you are asking, "can I get tattooed prior to getting pregnant" then that depends on how far away you are from trying to get pregnant. I wouldn't suggest getting tattooed and pregnant with in 4-6 months of one another. If you have reactions to the inks and get cellulitis or a bad infection then, yeah, it could pass to the fetus.
