Tattoo cost for a retouch?

how much would it be to get my tattoo retouched my tattoo is 10 inch long n 3inch tall n its just cursif letters its 9 letters

  1. Each shop has different prices and minimums.  Even if it is not alot of work that needs to be done they still need to use ink and open a new needle.  You best bet is to go to a few shops and talk to the artist about what you want and let them quote you directly.  Just remember with tattoos, typically you get what you pay for, so if you go cheap you will get cheap work.  Good Luck!


  2. It really depends on what you want or need.  Only you & the artist can decide on that, and then it's just a matter of negotiating fees.

    About the only thing that can be said is it's likely the touchup will be cheaper than the original tattoo (note I don't say "guaranteed").

  3. Yes! It would cost because you are still using the stores' inks. The ink cost more than the needles.  

  4. It depends. Your artist should have let you know if they would do a touch up for free.. My artist does free touchups for the first year.
