  1. I have SEVERAL tats & I can tell you what worked best for me....Aquaphor!

  2. ive heard a&d works the best

  3. Bepanthen nappy rash cream. One of the best things ever!! Will heal your tattoo in no time at all. Or tattoo goo from the studio if they sell it.

    Don't use vaseline.

    Good Luck

  4. Bepanthan baby nappy rash cream. From boots

  5. E45 - can be bought as cream, lotion, emolient, shower cream etc  and is the base of most moisturisers

Vaseline - is practically the best stuff ever

  6. do not use Vaseline, please- unless you want to colour to fade that is!! i'd recommend plenty of water- wash it several times a day is the most important thing, then a very little bit of e45, savlon or nappy rash cream, just a little really well rubbed in. don't get ripped off by salon bought tattoo goo's!!

  7. yeah I'd say they're a waste of money, use what your tattooist recommends, but I use just E45 lotion mine have all healed great

  8. DONT use Vaseline it can dull the colour, use a proper tattoo goo about 3 quid from your local tattooist.

  9. I use Dragon Mist skin balm.

It's about $8CAD for a jar, and I get it right from my tattoo artist. One jar usually lasts for 2 months (so it lasts all the way through healing, even if you get it touched up), applying 2-3 times a day... depending on how big the piece is, of course.

Do NOT use vaseline. Ever. Period.

I've also heard plain zinc oxide cream works well... but I've never tried it myself.

  10. vaseline! £1 in poundland!
