Tattoo idea for First-born son?

I am getting a tattoo that symbolizes my new son, any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

  3. my moms friend has four kids and she got all their names tattooed around her ankle all fancy with like a design in between to look like an anklette  it's really cute and you dont really stretch out around that area with age

  4. Are you a male or Fem? I have three butterfly's on my back for my babies. But, If you are a man you can get the foot print or the hand print with the name and birth date. Just in a simple black outline, You can use the actual print of your child. Congrats on your new son!  

  5. Not very healthy. It will be a big blur by the time you want to show your son. But it's really your choice. I would say his hand outlined on your shoulder :)

  11. i waited awhile for something that reminded me of my daughter. She was given a rubber duck in a jack o lantern suit when she was 5 months and she LOVED it. so we started getting her more rubber ducks and she loves all of them. So I have on my left upper chest a daddy rubber duck (with a heart tattoo on his wing) swimming and being followed by a smaller girl duck complete with pink bow. I have received many compliments on it. i guess what i am saying is wait a bit and see if there is anything about your son that makes you think of him. a favorite toy, activity, or item. then take that basic idea to a tattoo artist that you like and let the artist run with the design and you will be much happier with the results.

Let your son grows up, and let him choose the design he likes , and furthermore, you do not know your sons wants tattoo in his body. Let him have the right to choose.

    Think of what the Savings Bond will be worth in 20 years and then think of what your tattoo will be worth, let alone look like.

  21. get a teeny tiny one somewhere cool on your body, seeing as your kid is going to cost you a ton you might not want to get a huge one. I would get the first letter of his first name tattooed behind my ear or something maybe, I have one there, and it doesn't hurt really and it only cost me $30. Good luck!

  22. I have my son's name on my wrist. It only cost $100. It looks great and means a lot to him.  I have also seen astrological signs representing children. You could also get his handprint.

  23. Try looking at a Chinese Zodiac. If your son is a dog, then get a dog tattoo.
