Tattoo places in PA or NJ that will tattoo a 15 year old with parental consent?

i want a tattoo, i have parental consent and i thought about this for a long time, it is legal in both NJ and PA to tattoo a 15 year old with parental consent, but most of the places only do it if your 16+.

these are the same places who say you have to be 15 to get a certain piercing but i got those piercings at the places @ 13.

they are all good places, do you think they will tattoo me?

if not do you know any tattoo places who will?

Decide on the tattoo you want before you go to the parlor. This is something that you will carry with you for the rest of your life and can not easily be erased.  

Go to a website like http://www.theartoftattoo.net where they have thousands of designs on cd rom.  I really thought that I knew what I wanted until the cd arrived.

I ended up choosing a different design instead of the original one that I was going to get.  I am much happier with the art from the art of tattoo website.

Any tattoo artist that tattoos a minor under 18 should not have a shop and in some states can be sued for it. Underage tattoos is wrong. They are still growing and very, very immature and should not make a decision that they will live with for life at that immature age. I think most should wait until 21, but that's just me.
