Tattoo tip? How much is right?

So the total work will be about 500 - 520...all original design...what would be a good tip?

around 20% is standard

that's around $100... you could add or subtract depending on quality of service

if it's done all in one day, $150, over a course of days- $50-100 a day

I tend to shoot for 15-20% as with other service related things (wait staff, hairdresser, etc).
