Taveling to Panama City in May. I want a hotel on the beach but close to the city.?

Any suggestions on a hotel on the beach? Thanks

The city is only 15 minutes drive from pretty much any hotel on the beach. As long as you can access back beach road it'll take you directly over the bridge to town. Try these spring break/summer spots that are very popular.

Holiday Inn Sunspree

Boardwalk

Edgewater

(They are close to the clubs, even walking distance if your interested.)

(Coronodo is waaay down the beach where most of the tourists are not visiting) And it's furthest from town.

There are dozens of hotels on the beach.  Get one on the Miracle Strip which is on the beach but still in town.

Coronado is about an hour from the city.  Try Coronado Resort.

You should stay on the far east end of the beach. It is quiet and close to many good restaurants. The city is just across the bridge. Try going to www.vrbo.com  This is a website for condo owners to rent their properties. You can rent a condo for about the same price as a hotel. I recommend "Treasure Island" condos.
