You will have to ring the 0845 national enquiries number if you want to telephone because there are almost no receptionists left especially in the smaller offices.  If you want to hand deliver post then  there is a Corporation Tax office at New Enterprise House

149/151 High Road, CHADWELL HEATH, RM6 6PL and a VAT office at Jubilee House, 2 Farthingale Walk, Stratford, London E15 1AW (but they may not have a publ;ic counter any more).
