  1. They used to, but I don't think they do any more.  You might want to consider buying a diesel car and converting it to run on vegetable oil.  New veg oil costs around 95p per litre.  If you convert the car yourself, the kit cost around £600.00 if you get a mechanic to do it it will cost you around £1,300.00  You could also consider collecting waste vegetable oil, filtering and drying it and then using that.  In the UK you are allowed to use 2,500 litre of this before you have to charge yourself tax and keep records.

  2. they use fuel as a means of revenue going green is an excuse to raise more taxes

they should have implemented solar panels on new housing 10 years ago

Why not because they would loose all the vat from the electric companies if you wernt using it they dont want you to have free fuel as they woudnt be able to pay themselves high wages if the money was not there

most new housing over the last 10 years could have been nearly 0% foscle fuel users by now

its the corporate men who dont want us to be independent of their fuel power hold

also investing in local jobs would have cut down on the traveling people do and cut road use as well

they havnt a clue how to go green just make us poorer
